Be advised, if a user uses the Contact Us form for anything other than technical assistance with the site the entry will not receive a response and will be deleted.
The intent of this form is to allow site users to contact the staff in the event of a technical issue with the site. However, visitors and members of the site have been using it for a host of reasons. Before you complete the form and submit here are some helpful tips:
Do Not Receive Authentication E-Mail Problem: When you register you are not receiving the authentication email. Solution: Many mail servers identify the authentication email as spam. There are two solutions - (1) Check your spam or junk mail folder for the email or (2) add staff@armyocs.com to allowable senders so that the email does not get deleted or dropped in your spam or junk mail folder.
Cannot Post in the Forums Problem: When you try to post or reply to threads you are receiving an error that you are not authorized to post. Solution: Post an introduction in the Introductions Forum. Once you have completed that step you will be able to post and reply in the other forums on this site.
Forgotten Username or Password Problem: You have forgotten your username and/or password. Solution: Send an email requesting your username and password from the email account that you used to register the account. We use this as a means of verification/authentication.
Blank Pages Problem: The site indicates that you are logged in but accessing certain sections of the site results in blank pages. Solution: Delete your cookies and then close all browser windows before opening a new window and logging back on to the site.
Want to Access O-Club and LT Social Club Problem: You are an Officer and you want access to the O-Club Solution: PM nchopp with your Name and AKO email address. Once we can verify your rank we will add you to the Officers Club.
I Have a Question Problem: You need clarification about some point pertaining to your application or want to know what your chances are of being accepted to OCS. Solution: Post your question in the Forums.
